Lorenza Veronica was born in Turin, Italy and she has a degree in history of classic cinema. She is a classically trained singer, a trained actress and a songwriter. She moved to London where she attended several renowned schools like LAMDA and RADA, and, before that, she already studied with some of the most respected teachers like Anna Strasberg (getting closer to "the method" technique) and William Esper School in Ny ( focusing on the different approach, the Meisner School this time). She is also a winner of a scholarship at the NYFA (musical theatre). She has the gift of comedy and she loves classic cinema as she is quite old fashioned: Marilyn Monroe, Cary Grant, Billy Wilder, Hitchcock are just some of the names she admires and loves. She is not " only" an actress as, thanks to her formal training at University, she acquired a complete and full understanding of the entire process related to a movie production, from the early stage of a screenplay writing all the way through the acting method and choices, cinematography and lights study, directorial requirements and shoots planning. She is also a pro singer/songwriter, she has just finished working with the award winning producer Steve Booker (Mercy/Duffy, Love me again/John Newman etc). Old fashioned songwriter, main influences are the Beatles, Tori Amos, Fiona Apple, Nirvana, The Kinks etc.... Begging and What can we do are the songs with Steve Booker. All the rest she wrote sometimes with just an iPad and a bad microphone and sometimes with her previous band (the Salvation Army EP). She is very fit, athletic and very good at sports as she used to be a professional athlete. She lives in London and LA.
