Kristina Korsholm is known for her work as an actress, author and international model. Originally from Elsinore, Denmark, Kristina has spent most of her life jetting all over the world combining her work in film making, fashion and writing.In Europe she's known for her work as the character "Sugar Sweet" in the Scandinavian drama series "The Team", playing opposite Lars Mikkelsen. 2018 will see her featured in the US comedy "1st Born", starring Tom Berenger. Come fall 2018, Kristina will star as Baroness Karen Blixen in the play "Karen Blixen's People" at the Royal Stage in Copenhagen.Her model career has propelled her into many high profile magazines such as Vogue Italia, ELLE, Bazaar, Night Magazine and Costume. She is a European style icon, having been called 'The Danish It-Girl' by Bazaar Magazine and Cosmopolitan Magazine nominated her 'Globetrotter of the Year' in their 'Fearless Female Awards'.Kristina is one of the muses of Interview Magazine founder and Studio 54 house photographer Anton Perich and she is often featured in his NIGHT MAGAZINE. In an interview with Purple Magazine Anton says: " They are my movie stars.... I paint them because they are all so incredibly beautiful, intelligent and electromagnetic".Acting aside, the great love for film and storytelling has also prompted Kristina to write, produce, host and direct TV shows, movies and films. Early on in her career she hosted 3 weekly live shows on ZTV "Greatest Hits" and Fax God it's Friday!" She was part of the production team on the award winning TV documentaries "Wonderkids". Kristina is currently working on three upcoming documentary feature films with award winning film director Pernille Rose Groenkjaer and come May 2018 she will host her own online science show "Conversations about the Future".As an author she has two published book under her belt, the latest "NYC - Head over High Heels.She received her theatrical training in Copenhagen, at Ophelia Acting Studio and later with The William Esper Studio in NYC. She has a degree in Film & Media from Copenhagen University, a journalism degree from University of Stockholm and she spent a semester studying directing and acting at UCLA.
