Ken Carpenter started his producing/directing career in Los Angeles before relocating to Nashville, where he has helmed numerous projects across film, television, music video, concerts, commercials, branded media and more.He most recently produced indie features "Run the Race" and "The World We Make." He previously produced/directed "Sweet Sweet Summertime," a family-friendly feature shot in Franklin, Tennessee.While his work previously moved between narrative and docu/reality-based arenas, having recently wrapped "The Last Well," a doc shot primarily in West Africa (Liberia), his focus is currently in the feature film space.Much of Carpenter's award-winning work has included projects in the music realm, including music videos, concerts, and broadcast pieces for Amy Grant, Michael W. Smith, dc Talk, Steven Curtis Chapman, and more.His production experiences have included shoots across the U.S., as well as numerous international locations on several continents.His combination of narrative, documentary, and music-based film experience yields a unique blend of thoughtful and highly visual storytelling.
