Ken was born and raised in Atco, New Jersey. After attending Wagner College, where he majored in Business Administration, he had a nine year professional baseball career playing for the Chicago Cubs, Baltimore Orioles and Texas Rangers organizations. While still playing baseball he started taking acting classes in the off-season. He instantly fell in love with the craft and got his first role in the play "Weekend Comedy."
