Having trained as an actor in the late sixties, Keith joined the fully professional acting ranks in his fifties and although relatively 'New to Business' he has rapidly built up a portfolio of work including theatre, film and TV.Keith played the roles of Arthur Birling (An Inspector Calls) and Davies (The Caretaker) for the Horseshoe Theatre Co in Cambridge and then three very diverse roles; Ross, Bishop How and Snork in 'The Elephant Man' for the Broadway Theatre, Catford. At the 2009 Edinburgh Festival and under the direction of the play's author Pete Gallagher Keith played the role of Mathias in 'The Brothers Lionheart'. He recently played Shylock for the Word to the Action companies production of The Merchant of Venice.In the recently acclaimed feature film 'Stranger Things', Keith plays the role of Bagman a man of the road and mentor to Mani. Stranger Things won a very prestigious award at the 2010 Woodstock Film Festival. More recently, Keith played the role of Uncle Rufus in 'The Drummond Will' which won Best Comedy award at Woods Hole.Keith has two short film castings which are scheduled for the end of October, early November.
