Writer of the original indie horror film, Ginger Snaps(2000), Karen Walton is a Toronto-based screen and television writer-executive producer whose credits include Orphan Black (S I& II), Queer As Folk (SII, USA), episodes of Flashpoint, The Listener, and more. A graduate of the CFC film & television writing programs, in 2016 she received the Margaret Collier Special Canadian Academy Award for Writing.
