Karen Thomas was born in Houston, Texas and lived briefly in southern California, before moving to Denver, Colorado where she grew up and continues to live today. She spent most of her childhood ice skating, taking piano lessons and putting on plays with her friends. She studied Theater in college and took film classes at JF Talent. She then went on to get her cosmetology license and has been working as a stylist ever since. Karen has a son and has raised him as a single mother since he was a year old. She returned to her love of acting in 2013, taking film classes at MockSides Studios. She has worked on many short films and feature films such as Terror Tales, Rage of the Mummy, and Army & Coop.
