Julia Morris found her in-road to the entertainment industry as a singer and choreographer with Club Med villages all around the world. She returned to Australia to pursue stand-up comedy. With such a void of female comedians at 'circuit' level, Julia was able to advance at such a rapid pace that within 12 months she was not only resident MC at Sydney's Original Comedy Store but also secured the position of Manager. Through constant exposure with her unique brand of comedy, Julia scored frequent appearances on The Midday Show, Just Kidding, Live It Up eventually leading to her lucky break as a full time team member of the successful comedy hour Full Frontal. During Full Frontal Julia was given her own series of Great Aussie Bloopers. In 1997 Julia signed to the Nine Network to present "The Morris Report" for In Melbourne Tonight allowing her to interview such celebrities as George Clooney, Boy George and Bananarama. At the same time Julia managed to get away to Ayres Rock to host What's Up Doc. Having shaken off the zany girl image and after the conclusion of IMT, Julia has re-emerged in 1999 on Beauty and the Beast. Show less «
