John Street came from the school of hard knocks. He started training in boxing from the age of 9 and began participating in competition from the age of 11. A love of boxing remains with him to this day. After leaving school at the age of 16 he wanted to pursue a career as a Stuntman. This however was not easy as there was no Internet or no information and after being laughed out of the careers office he went away and became a Royal Marine Commando. After serving a period of years with the Royal Marines. He gained many qualifications such as Unarmed combat instructor. Arctic warfare, PTI, Sniper. etc etc. Whilst still serving in the Royal Marine Reserve. An offshoot career emerged via his Sergeant Major.5 years were then spent in the private sector working as and training Ex and Serving Military personnel from all over the world to be Bodyguards and CPOs (Close Protection Officers) and SRT divers. John's background gives him a large amount of knowledge around firearms, tactics and training techniques. He is well versed in man management skills. After a period in Malaysia training the security teams for the Commonwealth Games in 1998 he became disillusioned in the company that he had been working for. A more mature John Street decided it was round two for the Stunt career which had continued to niggle at him. He qualified as a member of the Equity Stunt Register in 2001 and has not looked back ever since. He has worked all over the world in places such as India, Canada, and the USA to mention a few.
