John Petrizzi was born in Southern Italy's Basilicata region. His family immigrated to the NYC in the early 70's where he completed all his formal education and continues to live today. He speaks both Italian and English fluently, and has been involved with creative projects in both countries. His love for photography and cinema began at a very young age leading him into the world of advertising, music and cinema, eventually becoming a successful entrepreneur. He became intrigued and passionate about acting after meeting his current acting coach and mentor, Alan Gordon with whom he has studied the Meisner Master Technique with at The Alan Gordon Studio. He is now focused on further developing and mastering his craft for acting and producing which ultimately will allow him to use his talents to create, develop and market his vision for Theater, Film and Television worldwide. John's recent works include: The Recipe (2014) which spotlights him as associate producer and also starring in the role of Max, My Father My Don (2014), Hard Sell (2014), Love is Strange (2014) and Rome Travelogue (2014).
