After attending The Ohio State University and the prestigious Berklee College of Music, John moved to Los Angeles and found himself with the edgy rock band, Future Underworld Kings produced by Grammy nominated producer Garth Richardson(Taylor Swift, Rage Against the Machine). It was during this time when he got one of his first acting jobs as the house drummer for the HBO hit series - The Larry Sander's Show.
