Man of Action Entertainment, the bi-coastal creative studio started in 2000 and the creators of the megahit "Ben 10" as well as "Generator Rex" for Cartoon Network, consists of creators Joe Casey, Joe Kelly, Duncan Rouleau and Steven T. Seagle. They have served as co-executive producer and writer for Marvel's "Ultimate Spider-Man" and are the current (2012-2015) executive producer/writer for "Marvel's Avengers Assemble" on Disney XD. Disney/Marvel's Academy Award-winning feature "Big Hero 6" utilized the characters and team created by Man of Action's Duncan Rouleau and Steven T. Seagle. Man of Action and Casey have multiple primetime television shows and feature films in development.The quartet collectively worked on the largest franchise characters in comics from "Superman" to "X-Men" before refocusing on creating their own original worlds/characters for their comic books and graphic novels published through their Man of Action imprint at Image Comics. In comics, Casey is known for his Eisner Award-nominated cosmic superhero epic, "Gødland." His critically acclaimed run on the series "Wildcats" and "Automatic Kafka" landed on numerous "best of the decade" lists. His genre-busting cult-favorites "Officer Downe" and "Butcher Baker The Righteous Maker" helped propel him onto MTV.com's list of the 10 best writers of 2011. In 2013, Casey launched new titles on the Man of Action imprint at Image Comics: "Sex," a critically-acclaimed ongoing series that originally previewed in Playboy, and his series "The Bounce," now available as a graphic novel. "Valhalla Mad" debuts in May, 2015 from the man Comics Alliance described as "the most dangerous man in comics." In 2013, Casey created a one-shot comic, Modern Romance, for the prestigious 60th Anniversary issue of Playboy.
