A trained observer, investigator, and veteran of the United States Air Force. He built what Luis Elizondo called the "world's first mobile UAP tracker" - the O.S.I.R.I.S. His research and growth journey in the UAP community started in 1995 when he witnessed a still unknown event while deployed with the United States Air Force in Jordan.
