Jawed El Berni is an actor, director, stuntman, fight choreographer and martial artist.Now based out of LA but born and raised in Paris, he discovered his love for martial arts and cinema while watching Bruce Lee's The Way of the Dragon as a child.It inspired him to begin taking karate at the age of 6. He then passionately practiced several different styles of marital arts (with and without weapons) and boxing. His advanced professional special skills include: Muay Thai, Parkour, Jeet Kune Do, Wing Chun, Kickboxing, Yoseikan Budo, Karate, Judo, Capoeira, Krav Maga, Fencing and gymnastics. Weapons skills include: Pistol, rifle, swords, knifes, nunchakus, tonfas, bo staff, etc...After traveling around the world for several years, he ended up in Thailand competing professionally in Muay Thai. He started working in the industry, first as a model, then as a stuntman and actor. In 2012, he landed his first lead role in the film Brawl.He is fluent in French, English and he can speak some Spanish and Arabic with a Moroccan dialect.He has worked alongside well-known industry professionals such as: Rupert Friend, Tony Jaa, Isaac Florentine, Jean-Claude Van Damme, Scott Atkins, Salman Khan, Rza, Don "The Dragon" Wilson, Eric Roberts, etc...His upcoming film projects include: Hitman: Agent 47, which stars Zachary Quinto, as well as Outcast, in which he shares the screen with Nicholas Cage and Hayden Christensen.
