Jane is a dynamic combination of sophistication and guts. Originally from New Jersey, she grew up all over the US and now calls Austin, TX, home. Being both a world traveler and having lived in 6 states, Puerto Rico, and many cities in between, has influenced Jane's perspective on the beauty of impermanence and the universality of human desires.Jane slayed corporate dragons at a Fortune 50 company while earning an MBA in global business from Rutgers University in Newark, NJ.She was previously involved in Theater and Fine Arts at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL, where she proudly earned a Certificate in Film. Jane has always been interested in the intersection of artifice, perception, and shared experience, when it comes to Art.When not practicing ballet with Austin Community Ballet or camping it up in local musical theater, this crazy-busy mother of three works on large art installations, takes commissions for impressionistic paintings, or adds to her 'Shadow Life" series: a collection of delicate and beautifully harmonious dioramas made up entirely of insects and plant matter.
