James was the first Operations Manager in the Pillsbury Company at age 26.He then owned record stores in the Louisville, Kentucky area in the 1960's and 1970's.In 1971 opened a rock music club that didn't serve alcohol, on the night Duane Allman was killed, 10-29-1971.Many bands played there, including ZZ Top, and he met up with a big influence on his life, Col.
