She also has an AA in Interpreting for the Deaf from Catonsville Community College, as well as an AA in Culinary Arts from Hospitality Culinary Arts and Tourism. J. is a black belt in Tae-Kwon-Do, an avid runner and weight lifter, and loves to dance and read. She facilitates communication as a sign-language interpreter at her church. She loves to cook and entertain for family and friends, and enjoys chilling and spending time with her husband.
