Ida Ehre was born on July 9, 1900 in Prerau, Moravia, Austria-Hungary [now Prerov, Czech Republic]. She was an actress and director, known for Der Bagnosträfling (1949), Helle Nächte (1964) and Der Kreidegarten (1973). She was previously married to Bernhard Heyde. She died on February 16, 1989 in Hamburg, West Germany.
