Born in Sydney but raised in the UK, Berrecloth was introduced to theatre and performance by actor Bernadette Stewart and the Abbey Theatre company. In 2016, he became a company member of the National Youth Theatre of Great Britain. Now in his final year of study at the University of Manchester, he is set to appear in the Hunger Games prequel 'Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes' (Lionsgate) alongside actors Tom Blyth and Rachel Zegler.
