Heather is known for the films The Return, Locations, Thunder, and The Perfect Day, and a television role on Your Worst Nightmare. She was the voice of 'Lady Wisdom' in the audio drama, The Giant Killer. She also worked on the pilot season of the faith based talk show, 'The Pew'.She trains with Beth Becka at Insight Actors Studio, studying Meisner. She previously trained with Cindy Hogan-The Acting Coach, studying character development, audition technique, scene study, and later studied under Tandem Media, learning Biomechanics.Heather has been nominated for Best Actress three times; in the 2010 Jacksonville 48 Hour Film Festival (Bring It Fudrucker), in the 2012 Chicago Horror Film Festival (Velvet Road), and took home the Best Actress award in the 2014 Jacksonville 48 Hour Film Festival (The Ledger). She was nominated for, and won her first Best Supporting Actress in the 2017 ATC Seneca Awards.Heather was born and raised in Florida, and now lives in Atlanta, GA. The fifth of nine children, she was born with the acting bug, and enjoyed participating in church plays, writing stories, and developing her imagination all throughout her childhood. She is married to her husband, Chris. Her favorite genre is fantasy, closely followed by historical drama. She dreams of performing in epics like, 'The Chronicles of Narnia', and 'The Lord of the Rings'. Her favorite roles are 'heart and soul' characters, full of grit and substance, that will take the audience on a journey that inspires life, hope, redemption, and the promise of better things. For Heather, acting is not a career, storytelling is her life work.
