Pretty and charming brunette actress Heather Rattray enjoyed a brief spurt of fame in the 70s, by appearing in a handful of enjoyably innocuous family features. Rattray was born on April 26, 1965 in Moline, Illinois and grew up on a 400-acre farm in Minnesota. Heather was only 11 when she was discovered by a film producer, who thought she looked like a young Grace Kelly. She co-starred with Robert Logan in several delightful movies: excellent as "Holly Smith" in the sweet western, Across the Great Divide (1976), solid as "Courtney MacLaine" in The Sea Gypsies (1978), and highly appealing as spunky daughter "Jenny Robinson" in the "Wilderness Family" pictures. Rattray had recurring roles on the popular daytime TV soap operas, The Guiding Light (1952) and As the World Turns (1956). She gave a nice performance as Annie Ross' lovely daughter "Susan" in Frank Henenlotter's outrageous Basket Case 2 (1990). Her favorite pastimes are riding and caring for animals. She's the younger sister of actor Laird Macintosh. Show less «
