Hayley McCarthy is one of Australia's recent talented expats to hit US shores and has impressed casting directors alike with a fresh list of credits within her first year of landing on US soil.Since moving to L.A. late 2014, Hayley has been cast in the CW's smash hit "The Originals" Recurring as young Esther, CBS "NCIS:LA" "Marvel's Agent Carter for ABC", Nickelodeon's "Game Shakers" Recurring as Sharon, Nickelodeon's "Mutt and Stuff", and is currently awaiting the release of films "Shadows on Iniquity" through the prestigious Peter Stark Program at USC and "Blurred Lines" By director Alex Askew. Hayley also starred in collaborative feature film "20/20", which was awarded the President's Innovative Award at Burbank Film Festival 2015 . She has a fantastic team surrounding her; Alison Buck at Bohemia Group (Management), Scot Reynolds and Brianna Ancel at Clear Talent Group (Theatrical), Kristin Nava at Abrams Artists (Commercial) and Tracey Silvester at IMC (Independent Management Company - Sydney)Hayley has also appeared in numerous television shows and films in Australia including "Home & Away", "All Saints", "Rescue Special Ops", "Out of the Blue", "Tumblegum", "Jack & Jill", "Pocket Money" and LA web fest wining series "The Justice Lease" and played Lisa and Sophie U/S in the 10th Anniversary Australian Tour of smash hit 'Mamma Mia!'.She grew up in Orange, New South Wales, Australia, where she took part in local productions, winning a CAT award for Best Actress in a Musical. Hayley displayed natural ability as a triple threat at an early age. She began training with The Australian Institute for Performing Arts (AIPA) in Sydney and Los Angeles and AIPA's Talent Development Programme, The National Institute of Dramatic Arts (NIDA - Screen Actors) and AIPA Drama Company. Combined with AIPA US Acting Intensives, she soon gained recognition from the casting community as 'one to watch'.Hayley lives in L.A. and divides her time working between Australia and the US.
