Known for his enthusiastic "Yeahhh, waffles!" in the Wyndham Rewards Wizard commercials with Kristofer Hivju, George got his acting start in Kindergarten as the little boy in Madama Butterfly at The Metropolitan Opera. Although he nearly got knocked into the orchestra pit during the company bow on opening night, George performed well enough to land himself a second Met acting role: in Samson and Dalila, he played The Philistine Child, guiding Plácido Domingo as the blinded Samson. He then sang with the Met Childrens' Chorus, performing in Faust, La Boheme, and Turandot, to name a few. A proud native New Yorker actor, George's time as an opera kid would end at The Bronx Opera with the 3rd Spirit in The Magic Flute.Opening a new window at the age of ten, George portrayed young Patrick Dennis in the musical "Mame" at The Candlewood Playhouse, starring Shani Wallis and Samantha Eggar. He graduated from Trinity School en route to Princeton University, where he performed sketch comedy with the renowned Princeton Triangle Club as a freshman. In typical blundering fashion, of course, his bustier fell off in the kick line that closes the show. After also performing in off-off-Broadway Shakespeare shows, George would later graduate from Princeton with a degree in Comparative Literature, focusing in Spanish, which he had learned in school and by watching telenovelas. This fluency in Spanish would help him land his first roles in television, opposite stars in the thriller El Capo and the telenovela La Gata.
