Her roles range from a dangerous psychopath to intergalactic traveler to drug addict. What drew Foster to acting and garnered rave reviews was her fascination with the rich, complex, and sometimes untrue stories we tell about ourselves.Foster has a rare gift: she can suspend judgment and find the thread of common humanity.
