Elizabeth Elkins grew up in New Orleans, LA. She graduated from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA with Honors in Theatre. Her first Off-Broadway show was at the Atlantic Theater Company in the World Premiere of Howard Korder's "Sea of Tranquility" with Dylan Baker. Elizabeth received her MFA from University of California, San Diego. She performed at La Jolla Playhouse with Theatre de la Jeune Lune in "The Deception" directed by Dominique Serrand.Elizabeth performs concerts around New York City of cover songs that follow various themes. She has performed at The Living Room, among other rock venues. Her voice has been compared to Natalie Merchant and Eva Cassidy. She accompanies herself on acoustic guitar, and has just begun playing bass guitar.Elizabeth has been seen in the television shows "Mercy" and "Army Wives," as well as the short films "Harry Grows Up" and "Swan Dive."She was most recently in the Off-Broadway production "LoveSick, or Things That Don't Happen" at 59E59 Theatres.
