Edmund Chen was born on February 4, 1961 in Singapore. He is an actor and director, known for Gin gwai (2002), Heung joh chow heung yau chow (2003) and Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li (2009). He has been married to Yun Xiang since 1987. They have two children.
