Ed was born on January 8th, 1970 in Sidney, N.Y. He spent most of his childhood in Oxford, N.Y. and had a normal and fun childhood. Working out, and music was his love growing up. He started playing drums in 5th grade, and continues to play from time to time. He also had a love for TV shows and Movies!! His school did not have any programs for plays, or show productions (Theater) Because of that, he did not get involved in any type of acting. However, It was always on his mind. He graduated from Oxford Academy and Central Schools in 1989. He would go to college, and Graduate from Broome Community College in 1994. He graduated with an Associates degree in Criminal Justice. He would work many jobs throughout the years, and would get his Class A license in 1996. He still has that license today. In 1999, He injured his back working for Byrne Dairy. In the year 2000 and 2008 he would have back operations. In 2013 and 2014 he would make a visit to LA. During these visits he did VIP tours of, Universal Studios, Warner Brothers Studios, and Paramount Studios. He would also view a live taping of, "Last Man Standing" with actor, Tim Allen. This would bring back the fascination of "Hollywood." and acting. It was time to find out how to be a part of the film industry. After doing some research, he located some classes in, NYC that would give him some idea of the acting industry. He attended his first acting class in October of 2014. Improv For Actors Class, Taught by Improv Acting Expert, Katie Northlich, in NYC. This class would take 5 weeks, but he was hooked!! After the 5 weeks, he took another class, A Cold TV Intense, One Night Only Event with Film & TV Casting Director, Lauren Bass. ( also in NYC ) The fascination would continued to grow!! On December 21st, Ed's first role became a reality. He would Play, Ted Brown, in the PT/Physical Therapy Pilot. On 03/14/15 He would do his first commercial. "Fresco News App Commercial" where he would play the Basketball coach. The commercial was directed by, Joe DePasqual. He did not have any lines, but enjoyed it. On April 11th and 12th, 2015 He had a role of a background extra in the Movie, Money Monster. He was not given credit for this role, and did not have any spoken lines, but had fun and learned a lot.
