Daryl was born on June 19, 1969 in Atlanta, Georgia. As a child he got involved in acting classes, acted in a few plays in school and then hooked up with an agent during his grad year in high school. His first Job was a modelling ad for Coca-Cola and his first acting gig was for a teen pregnancy TV commercial, which he got it through the theatre group he was working with. He had an assortment of acting jobs for video, TV, theatre, commercials and industrials that were only small time limited gigs. He was typecast playing gangster and thug roles in shows like the slasher flick, _Sleepaway Camp III: Teenage Wasteland (1988)_, "In the Heat of the Night" (1988) and "America's Most Wanted" (1988). He studied stage acting at Onstage Atlanta and Academy Theatre.Daryl has also worked behind the scenes in video production as a P.A. and a video tech. assistant.Interested in multiple art genres, his hobbies include sculpture, cartooning and bodypainting.Daryl is also an aspiring screenwriter and is currently developing two screenplays: 'The Wish Box', a fantasy comedy about friends who discover a wish granting magic box...and 'All We Got', a drama about a married couple involved in a consensual 3-way polyamourous relationship with a bisexual female ex-stripper.With his love of cartooning and animation, Daryl is also working to develop two animated cartoons: 'Tsunami Tuna' a cartoon about a trash talking mutant tuna fish (which he provides the voice for), and "Aqua Femme 5", a fantasy-action adventure focusing on five ass kicking mermaids who band together as undersea super hero's to combat marine exploitation.
