Danielle Lewis , actress best known for Wonder Woman (2017) and The Wedding Date (2005) grew up in New York City and lives in London. After attending the Bronx High School of Science she won a scholarship to the Ivy League school The University of Pennsylvania where she earned a bachelor's degree in both English literature and History.She embarked on a modeling career which took her to Paris, London, Tokyo and Milan. Coming back to New York City she studied the Meisner technique with Phil Gushee and managed to land numerous commercials including Burger King, Cottonelle, Andrex , Kohler Taps, Rogaine directed by Albert Watson, Finish Dishwashing Tablets and ADT with Ving Rhames. After making her debut in The Wedding Date opposite Debra Messing, she continued to study the Meisner Technique with Michael Bernardin in London. She then explored writing, directing, and producing with the short films Like Me (2001) where she played the title role of Keisha and Thaddeus Fights the Power! (2003) where she played the role of Mum.In addition to acting she also does voice over work including narrating the 6 part series Nylon for ITV in the UK. Show less «
