Carey Beckerdite was born and raised in Southwest Missouri and graduated from Neosho High School, after an illustrious career in forensics. As a member of the Neosho High School Speech and Debate Squad, Carey was a four time double qualifier to the national tournament, a three time All American, a State Champion in Lincoln-Douglas Debate, and at the conclusion of her public speaking career, was ranked second in the nation and also recognized as the most successful female competitor to date by the National Forensics League.After obtaining a degree in Business Administration, Carey has been a devoted wife to her husband, Jason, and a very proud mother to her two daughters, Katie and Juliana. Carey loves occasionally stepping out of her wife and mom personas to perform on stage and on screen. She also loves singing in church, writing, reading, shopping, and being the most positive, encouraging person in the room.Carey has a passion for cooking and local cooking competitions. She is the five time winner of the Libby's Pumpkin Recipe Challenge, but mostly enjoys using her culinary talents to bless family and friends.The most important aspect of Carey's life is her faith; she considers sharing the love of Christ her very highest calling.
