Brian Comerford is a digital media producer with a background in broadcast radio production and entrepreneurship. Since entering radio as a broadcast announcer in 1989, he has interviewed hundreds of subjects for his radio productions such as musicians, artists, authors, philosophers, and researchers, and he has produced, scripted and directed numerous episodes of live radio drama. Comerford was the co-founder of RadioValve.com, the web's first 24-hour techno radio station, and one of the first generations of webcasters. The company developed its own station management software, and was a case-study for the publication _Web Radio_ by Chris Priestman. He is also an underground electronic music producer and DJ with an extensive discography who has performed internationally as a solo artist and with a laptop "band". Comerford, with almost two decades of underground film and scriptwriting projects to his credit, recently co-directed, co-produced and co-edited the international documentary feature film, _Ink Music: In the Land of the Hundred-Tongued Lyricist_, shot in Tokyo, Japan. He has worked as a voice actor, an application developer, a journalist, an IT director, a gaming audio consultant, and a nutritional business owner, and has served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver in the Digital Media Studies department where he also earned his MA.
