As the Senior Vice President of The Oppenheim Group, Brett manages a group of elite real estate agents who sell more than $250 million in luxury properties annually. He is one of the regions highest producing agents, having represented celebrities and billionaires in the sale of some of Los Angeles's most iconic properties, and represented multiple record-breaking sales in the Hollywood Hills and Beverly Hills. Brett is consistently named by The Hollywood Reporter as one of Los Angeles's Top 25 Real Estate Agents and is a star of the hit Netflix Original Series Selling Sunset.Brett completed his bachelor's degree at UC Berkeley, receiving Phi Beta Kappa and Highest University Honors, and is a UCLA Merit Scholar and graduate of UCLA School of Law. As a former securities litigation attorney at two of the world's largest international law firms, Skadden, Arps LLP and Latham & Watkins LLP, Brett spent years defending a consortium of investment banks against liability in excess of ten billion dollars stemming from the MCI/WorldCom corporate bond default.Brett lives in the Hollywood Hills where he renovates and develops properties for his personal real estate portfolio, recently selling his personal residence to Nicole Nightly. He also manages client developments, including a Beverly Hills estate that he recently renovated and sold for over $17 million. Brett is currently consulting on a $15 million development in Santa Monica and a $30 million residence in the coveted "Bird Streets" of the Hollywood Hills. Both projects will be coming to market in 2019.Brett has traveled to more than 75 countries on five continents and represented clients in the purchase of luxury properties in Europe and South America. He is the fifth generation of his family to practice real estate in Los Angeles and has a profound love of the city. The Oppenheim Group consistently donates to community organizations that fight local poverty and provide access to employment for underprivileged residents.
