Brandon Pridham was promoted to Assistant General Manager on May 23, 2018 after a four-year tenure as the Maple Leafs Assistant to the General Manager.His duties include salary cap analysis, contract negotiations and collective bargaining agreement interpretation for the team.Pridham joined the club from the National Hockey League where he served as Senior Director, Central Registry and Senior Advisor, Central Scouting. Pridham began his career at the NHL in 1999. During his fifteen years at the League office, he worked in a number of capacities in the Central Scouting and Central Registry departments with duties that included serving as the contact person for NHL General Managers, Assistant General Managers and NHL executives regarding issues involving the collective bargaining agreement, salary arbitration and salary cap management. He also facilitated trade calls between NHL clubs, approved Entry Draft player eligibility, assisted with the NHL Scouting Combine and served in a scouting capacity on behalf of the Central Scouting departmentPridham resides in Stouffville, Ontario with his wife Sue and their children Olivia and Jack, and is active in the local community as a volunteer coach in both hockey and baseball
