Billy was born in Pawhuska, Oklahoma. He is a single father who enjoys screenwriting, acting, and many other aspects of the film industry, including foley work (sound effects) and other special effects. Billy has a background in emergency and crisis services, and has worked a variety of careers which make him a better screenwriter.
