She and her older brother were raised by their grandmother, whom she calls "Nanay" - translates to "mother" in Tagalog (main dialect in the Philippines). At 11 years old, she and her brother relocated to Cerritos, California. Then finally reunited with their parents, who were living in Nice, France for 4 years. Her comfort in front of the lens, which she described as "so much fun", followed an interest in the field. Due to the obvious, her stunning beauty and very distinctive individuality in the way she carries herself, she was signed by the first modeling agency she walked into and booked her first job the next day. She appeared in numerous music videos. On top of being beautiful, she is also someone who has a very original and stylish taste in fashion and a brain for business.
