A regular improviser at iO West, Andrew performs with his show Doctor Who Live and his troupe Stormchaser. He received formal acting training from the Joanne Baron/D.W. Brown Meisner Studio for Acting in Santa Monica, CA. After studying improv and acting and performing in numerous plays in Austin, TX, Andrew moved to Los Angeles in 2012. In LA, he performed with the theater company Theatrum Elysium, where he performed as Belarius in Shakespeare's Cymbeline and Versati and the King in The Underpants.Andrew was born and raised in the Alamo City, San Antonio, TX, in 1988. Before acting, he got a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. While in school, he discovered improv comedy. He voraciously performed improv and acted in plays for three years while taking acting classes and voice lessons. Andrew's first major theatrical role was Mr. Harry Horner in The Country Wife at the University of Texas. Here, he also performed as Carter in Fat Pig and Tomazo in The Changeling.
