Born and raised in Waco, Texas, Amanda grew up on a steady diet of horror movies and a voracious reading habit. As a result she has a strong stomach for the macabre and has been a published author since the age of fourteen, working for such publications as the Waco Tribune-Herald, Morbid Curiousity Magazine, Sinical Magazine, Bohemia, and several others throughout the years.
