Alyse Mandel Kenny is a standup comedian, actress, writer and Emmy-winning television producer.She's in development with DV Films for her original 1/2 hour television comedy, "Lilly" that she created, wrote and will executive producer alongside co-writer Daniel Scot Kadin and veteran television producer Deborah Wolpert.Alyse was invited for the second year in a row to perform in New York Comedy Festival. She was a featured comedian in "HERsterical" with SNL's Vanessa Bayer and a lead cast member in the Off-Broadway show, "HA! The Musical" about the world of standup comedy.Alyse is a recurring improv actor on ABC's "What Would You Do?" and can be seen in a comedic Wyndham commercial and on "Today Show" playing the role of a grouchy coffee shop owner in NBC's hidden camera segment, Rossen Reports.She's played a variety of roles in television and film including being a sketch comedy performer on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" and lead in the award winning short "Ike Interviews God." She created Gotham Comedy Club's successful fundraising program,"It's A Charity Thing! and also hosts "Storytalks" at Gotham which was a comedy pick by The New York Times. She's been featured on NY1, CBS Radio's Comedy Spotlight and Women Around Town for her sold out comedy shows in NYC.Alyse trained in sketch and improv at the world famous Groundlings in Los Angeles. Upon coming back to her roots in New York, she worked on ABC's "The View" as the show's Audience Producer, and at that time became Host of the comedic clip show, "Alphabet Soup" on ABC Digital.After working for ABC for four years she moved on to win an Emmy as the Audience Producer of "The Dr. Oz Show."Alyse is represented by Jerry Kallarakkal at DDO and Marla Haut at Innovative Artists.
