Alex Nahon is a French writer, director and actor. He wrote and directed short-films, music videos and commercials in France before he moved to the US in 2007; as he was invited by the NYC French Institute to be their "Artist In Residence" for two years. Alex Nahon's photographs have been exhibited in some of the most prestigious art shows in Europe and the US such as Macy's "Art Under Glass" in their NYC's Herald Square department store in July 2007 and Miami Art Basel in 2009. He is represented as a photographer by the Kips Gallery in New York.In 2007, Alex Nahon played "Manu" an oily poet and annoying ex-boyfriend of Academy Award Nominee Julie Delpy in her comedy "Two Days in Paris" starring Adam Goldberg and distributed in the US by Samuel Goldwyn Films. In 2012 he played "Manu" again for the sequel "Two Days in New York" starring Chris Rock and produced by Protozoa. Alex Nahon is also credited as a writer for his participation on the script. The film premiered at the Sundance Film Festival and was also showed at the Tribeca Film Festival. Alex Nahon is actually working on his first feature film as a director, produced by Bleiberg Entertainment.
