Born in New York City, Alegra studied at The Lee Strasberg Film &Theatre Institute & with Wynn Handman. She began her career in NYC Theater & Independent Film. She loves animals and actively supports the Humane Society. Alegra has a Youtube channel and also writes for her popular beauty blog "belle etoile".
