Alaya was born in Brooklyn, NY but her family relocated to the southeast, Atlanta, GA. She first started in entertainment at Nordstrom Children's Department in Buckhead Atlanta, doing print modeling at the age of 6 for two years. She began her interest in acting at the age of 7 after landed a role in "Alice in Wonderland", a stage play at the Alliance Theater Atlanta, GA. Once she found interest in acting, she started her first steps with getting professional head shots. With her professional head shots and her natural acting ability, she was ready to show the industry what she has. By the age of 13, she and her family moved out west to further her acting career. After settling out west, Alaya's modeling and acting career kicked off. She landed commercial advertisement, modeling, and short films from 2014 to 2018. By 2019, she appeared in web series called "Happy Hazel 2019-2020", and co starred in her first feature film on Lifetime Movie Network, "The Wrong Stepfather 2020." with Vivica A Fox, Corin Nemec, Krista Allen, William McNamara, and Sydney Malakeh. Alaya is set to star in another feature film as one of the leads airing in 2021 with Vivica A Fox.Alaya is also a singer/songwriter who recorded her first song at Soul Asylum Studios, in Atlanta, GA at the age of 12, called "Nerdy it Girl." Current day, Alaya is set to record with her great development team, Tommy, and he produced her first single and upcoming album for 2021 - 2022.Alaya is definitely a talented young lady with eclectic skills.
