I've always had a fascination with iconoclastic women, and I wanted to tell a love story about two kids who have that kind of relationship. My favorite part of directing is driving to the set every day and seeing all the trailers and realizing that everybody's there because I had an idea and decided to write it down; and the idea that people are there every day to solve a creative riddle. Show less «
