Aadhya Anand, born in Coorg, India and raised in Singapore , is an Indian actress, model & dancerAadhya made her debut in the web world with the Netflix original series 'Bombay Begums' in March 2021 as one of the leads , Shai Irani. She plays the youngest Begum. Bombay Begums is a story of 5 women across generations wrestling with desire, ethics, personal crisis and vulnerabilities to own their ambition in contemporary world.Aadhya ,at the age of 9, made her acting debut in a Singapore based movie "A Yellow Bird' which was screened at the International Critics' Week at the Cannes Film Festival 2016. Soon after the debut she starred in another Singapore based movie "Utter 2016: One Hour to Daylight" a social drama set in present-day Singapore, in an estate where cultural and social tensions threaten to divide its inhabitants.She starred in a commercially successful Singapore based multi-season series 'Whoopie's World' and played a crucial role in critically acclaimed Singapore based series 'Lion Mums' 2,3 , Menantu International 2, Word Whizz Slime Pit and others.
