Lenny the Pimp Janowitz is one of the First 9 who founded the Sons of Anarchy Motorcycle Club, along with John Teller, Piney Winston and Keith McGee. He is serving time in Stockton State Prison for murdering three ATF agents in 1989 and has connections to the Russian mafia. Lenny met JT and Piney in boot camp. He is a former weight lifter who did very well with women, thus the nickname. He still has a lot of sway from inside the prison, despite the fact his cancer of the larynx from smoking led to the removal of his vocal chords. He remains loyal to SAMCRO and occasionally crosses paths with another incarcerated member, Otto Delaney. (He is portrayed by Sonny Barger, a real-life founder of the Hell's Angels.)
