When Kathleen Ammermuller came out of the womb and saw the lights of the OR she immediately broke out in a monologue! (Of course only she could understand it). She wrote her first play at the age of nine, which she was able to launch in her classroom being supported by five other actors. She continually did local productions in her hometown of Buffalo, NY and continued exercising her love of acting until life and family matters got in the way. After the children became teens, she booked her first national job on Conan O'Brien in one of his many comedy skits. Life pulled her in and out of her acting career, but during the years she had a recurring on "All My Children", Principal actress on "BDTV", "The Gilmore Girls", several indie films, and theatre projects. Now that she is fully back in LA, and is able to concentrate solely on her career, she has booked "Criminal Minds", and the Emmy winning "Transparent" within the last year.
