Julie Hartley has performed as a singer and MC in numerous corporate extravaganzas, launches and award ceremonies in Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban and Port Elizabeth. After playing Marilyn Monroe in the stage show, Marilyn Live, Julie went on to perform 40 min cabarets and make special guest appearances for numerous corporate functions as Marilyn Monroe. Julie and Marilyn even appeared on the game show, The Weakest Link. They didn't fare too well and were voted off in the 5th round. Largely due to most of the questions being answered with, "I have no Idea"! Another hit on the corporate circuit is Julie's Moulin Rouge show with Anton Luitingh and Luciano Zuppa. In one of the functions, she even appeared 25m up in the air on a trapeze swing singing, "One Day I'll Fly Away". There were bets from the riggers that the singer would never be able to make the height, but Julie did and lost them all their money! Julie still continues to be very busy in the corporate market as a soloist, MC and as the vocalist in her jazz quartet, Morphology. Currently, she is working with Pieter Mohr, South Africa's first modern country star in Country Cool. This corporate show spans old and modern country songs and Julie is very proud that her horse, Skye appeared in the photo shoot for Country Cool.
