Jeremy Nahmiash was born and raised in France. His passion for acting began in primary school where he enjoyed entertaining his classmates. After high school and a two-year preparation to enter French national engineering schools (Math Sup/Spé), he studied at the ENSICAEN (National Superior School of Engineering) where he got the opportunity to display his acting skills with the school's theater group. After getting his Master's Degree in Computer Science, Jeremy met an actress who helped him realize that the only craft he would be passionate about for the rest of his life was Acting. He moved to Los Angeles in December 2007, leaving his country, family and friends, having decided to devote himself to his passion. In December 2008, Jeremy got a certificate in Acting and Entertainment Media from UCLA and a work permit. He then shot two short films he wrote and directed, and starred in several projects, short films, feature films and commercials. In 2010, he went back to France and shot his third short film « Trauma », which got into several festivals around the world. In 2013, he studied improvisation at UCB (Upright Citizen's Brigade) in Hollywood with Amanda Sitko and Deborah Tarica. After directing « Je suis maman » for the 2014 Nikon contest, he is working on the pre-production of his first feature film as a director. Jeremy is a working actor and director, constantly learning the craft, with a 100% commitment to everything his does. Jeremy is also interested in writing, photography, composing electro music, piano, human beatbox and philosophy. He speaks French and English fluently and can speak some German.
