Canadian born Claude Knowlton hails from Montreal, Canada. Knowlton spent his early years at Sherbrooke' St-Boniface church choir singing weekly in Latin, French and English. Several summer shows were performed in the basement of that same church. At the age of 19, Knowlton moved to the United States to make his stage debut at the Palm Springs' Players Guild theatre; as well as performing in the musical Camelot at the Palm Desert McCallum theatre. In the following year Knowlton moved to Los Angeles to study at the Lee Strasberg Institute and started doing student films, short films, and commercials. In 1999 Claude moved to Vancouver where his career really began. Claude worked on various American television series, feature films and national commercials which includes companies like Bayer, Heineken, Jaguar, Nissan, Pontiac, Cottonelle to name a few. Claude's longevity as a film and television actor has led him to work on numerous projects over the years. He has worked with some of Hollywood's top A-List talent in television series such as Rizzoli & Isles (Angie Harmon, Sasha Alexander), ABC's Scandal (Kerry Washington, Guillermo Diaz), The Closer (Elizabeth Perkins, Maggie Wheeler), The L Word (Jennifer Beals); and in feature films such as Atlas Shrugged Part 3 (Greg Germann, Tony Denison), Think Like a Man (Michael Ealy, Meagan Good), The Lizzie McGuire Movie (Hilary Duff), just to name a few.
