In a comedy and dramatic atmosphere, this series takes after, Rel, a dad who lives with his family on the West Side of Chicago. At some point, Rel finds that his wife engages in extramarital relations with his barber. He is stunned, so he chose to go out going to live with his as of late out-of-imprison more youthful sibling, Nat, and Rel's prideful father. Amid his remain, he live parody stories with them and his closest companion, Brittany.
"Rel" feels like it's gone through the dreaded Network Comedy Blender rendering it "networkized," which means the setups are obvious, the payoffs conspicuous.
Diversity in prime-time is both laudable and necessary. But when this is the end result, it's better left undone. C'mon, Fox, do better. Do much, much better than this.
