In South Texas, there are more criminal operations that occur continuously. A team of young people has been formed to track these criminals and try to arrest fugitives and infamous criminals in South Texas. The team begins its tasks by planning and arranging these follow-up operations and trying to investigate the most serious crimes occurring in Texas.

Action will only take the show so far, but eventually viewers need to care about the characters or they don't have a reason to keep watching and Chase turns into a show that gets watched as an afterthought, not as appointment viewing.
